All work will be carried out strictly in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, current legislation and relevant HSE Guidance Notes.

QUOTATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

• Our attendance on site, travel to site, congestion charge and ULEZ charges,
• For licenced works, 14-day notification to the enforcing authority and submission of method statement/plan of work and drawings,
• Management, supervision and administration costs,
• For licenced works, erection of work enclosures, segregating the asbestos to prevent the spread of asbestos fibres,
• For non-licenced works, the setting up of a respirator zone, segregating the asbestos to prevent the spread of asbestos fibres, 
• For licenced works, the provision of a decontamination unit which is to be solely for the use of Bellspire operatives
• The cost of disposal of all waste, either using Bellspire Limited company vehicles or lockable waste containers supplied by our nominated waste carrier.  Also an Environment Agency waste consignment note.
• Where required, reassurance or 4 stage air clearance carried out by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory.

DECORATIONS & DAMAGE (REFURBISHMENT/DEMOLITION SURVEYS)

Whilst every effort is taken to ensure any damage to décor is kept to a minimum, during the erection of enclosures/respirator zones, some tape damage can occur.  Bellspire Limited will not be responsible should this occur.

SITE FACILITIES

We would ask that parking is available for our company van at the time of works.  If residents/parking permits are required, we ask that the client arranges this prior to works commencing.  

On licenced work and larger projects we may also require space to site a decontamination unit and a lockable waste container.

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Friday days 8:00am – 5:00pm.

SITE RESTRICTIONS

We would advise that during removal works, access to the affected areas will be solely for Bellspire Limited operatives until work has been completed and signed off.  We also require all transit routes to be kept clear of obstructions.

DOCUMENTATION

On completion of the works, once payment has been received in full, air test paperwork, certificates of completion and waste consignment notes will be emailed to the client.  Until payment is received, this documentation will remain the property of Bellspire Limited.

CONTINUITY OF WORK

Our quotation is based upon works being undertaken during one continual site visit, unless otherwise stated.

ABORTED VISITS

In the event of an aborted visit, due to no fault of Bellspire Limited, we reserve the right to charge for the full survey cost including travelling time.

V.A.T.

All prices exclude VAT which will be charged on invoices at the applicable rate.

INVOICE PAYMENTS

All invoices must be cleared by the due date shown.  Failure to do so will result in an additional late payment charge being made at 15% of the total invoice value.

Until invoices are cleared in full, any documentation remains the property of Bellspire Limited and will not be released.
